Notes on accommodation
Peacefully & prominently located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the Yarimadasi peninsular with smashing views of the Med from balcony & pool. A short distance to off-the-steps sea swimming in clear & warm water. A short walk up a steep hill takes you to the bus stop & a 10 minute drive to the centre of delightful Kas. Parking space for two cars.Amenities/Facilities provided

Coast/Beach
Off-the-steps swimming in the generally calm Mediterranean, 3 mins walk from villa. Two uncrowded pebble beaches a short journey by bus or car. There is also AquaPark a 3 minute walk from the villa where, for a nominal sum, kids can swim to their hearts delight all day and use all the facilities.

Travel
Approximately 240 kilometres from Dalaman / Antalya with driving time of 2-3 hours. Transfers can be arranged with a reliable & friendly local transfer company at reasonable cost Car hire is easily arranged at low cost although unless you plan to do lots of sightseeing, it is not really necessary. The local bus service is excellent, cheap and reliable. The bus stops at the top of the hill a few minutes walk away.

Distances
Kas is approximately 3 miles away, 8 mins by bus. Patara with the longest sandy beach in Europe, is half an hours drive or 1 hour by bus.

Further details
Three medium size supermarkets in Kas, with plenty of other shops selling groceries, clothing, jewelry, travel, internet access, car hire, a full range of banking facilities, doctors and pharmacies. Numerous cashpoints, very fresh fruit and veg in a thriving market every Friday. And more excellent restaurants for every budget than can be mentioned here. There is assisted paragliding, cycling, fishing, horse riding, sailing, walking, canoeing , kayaking and reasonably priced boat trips and scuba diving along the fabulous coast. Plus organised trips to many and varied sights of historical/cultural interest available with experienced Turkish companies. For beauty treatments, massage or Turkish bath a new exclusive facility has just opened 5 minutes walk away.
