The villa is located just 5 mins walk to the sea. Large open plan living area with terraces. Spacious upstairs balcony with sea views. The villa has a private drive. The modern kitchen has built-in dishwasher, wall mounted oven and hob, fridge/freezer and use of a washing machine. All floors throughout are marble tiled and all rooms fully air conditioned. We provide a weekly housekeeper.

Changeover day
Flexible - depending on other bookings. To be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure but arrangements can be made to stay on later depending on the arrival time of other guests.Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with king sized double bed and en suite.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and en suite.
Both with large wardrobes and bedside cabinets and stunning sea view terrace.
Bathrooms: En-suite to both bedrooms with modern shower cubicles, hand basins and toilets in each.
Additional shower room and wc downstairs.
Kitchen: Kitchen/Dining Room is open plan. The fully equipped modern kitchen has built-in dishwasher, hob, cooker, extractor hood, fridge freezer, tables and chairs, iron and ironing board, and kettle. It has a patio door which opens to the terrace area.
Utility Room: Use of washing machine.
Living Rooms: Living room has 2 patio doors which open to the terraced area, overlooking the private infinity pool. It has comfortable sofa and chairs. All floors throughout are marble tiled and all rooms are air conditioned.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: We provide a weekly housekeeper. Extra cleaning can be arranged at additional charge. Bath towels and pool towels provided.

Notes on accommodation
Nial, the gardener and pool attendant, will visit the villa daily. Air conditioning throughout the entire villa. Guests should take particular care when wet as the marble terrace and the marble tiles in the villas could be dangerous when wet. Bath towels and pool towels provided - bath towels should not be used for the pool. Not suitable for chidren under 6 years old.Amenities/Facilities provided

Accessibility
Although it is not a must, car hire is recommended. We can assist guests in arranging cheap car hire, available locally which will include collection and drop off at airport at a discounted rate. There is a local bus that runs hourly from the bus stop which is 1 minute from the villa. The bus takes passengers into Kas town and around the Peninsula. Taxis are inexpensive and readily available.

Outside
Gardens and large patio area. Large outdoor dining table and chairs, and several sun loungers. The pool is large and deep in the deep end and children should be supervised around the pool.

Coast/Beach
A road and steps lead to a swimming platform only five minutes walk from the villa. Kas has two pebble beaches which provide pleasant spots for a swim. There are stunning beaches further afield that may be reached by car, dolmus or taxi. Kaputas is a very beautiful sandy cove which lies at the opening of a striking mountain gorge, no shade, so take an umberella - 20 minutes.

Special interest holidays
A large variety of local restaurants and bars, supermarkets, shops, Friday market, fish market, port with daily boat tours to Simena, Sunken City, Castellorizo (Meis) nearby Greek Island, also private daily or weekly charter boats, paragliding, mountain walks, fishing, ancient Greek and Lycian ruins nearby. Warm all year round and hot in summer, very temperate winter climate, Kas, the ancient port of Antiphellos has pretty cobbled streets, attractive port with picturesque gulets (wooden sail ships) ferries and local excursion boats, some with glass bottoms to visit ancient ruins of the sunken city of Simena. Kas is ideal for diving and there are several good diving schools within the town. Further information about the area can be provided by the owner.

Travel
Kas is situated midway between Antalya and Dalaman airports. There are numerous flights to both of these destinations from most UK airports but we would recommend Dalaman (the road is better and therefore the transfer is quicker!). Transport can be arranged to and from the airport. From Dalaman transfer time is 2 hours approx.

Booking confirmed with 25% deposit. Full payment required 6 weeks before departure. A £150 pound returnable damages deposit is required. Late bookings considered.
