Aside from the great evenings you will no doubt spend in Kas sampling the wonderful restaurants and cafes, there are also a whole range of activities you can do from scuba diving and sea-kayaking to boat cruises and mountain biking. The famous sandy beaches of Patara and Kaputas are not very far and make great day excursions.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the villa rental per week in GBP. Airport transfers from Dalaman Airport can be arranged at extra cost. Payment can be by UK cheque or international bank transfer. A 20% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is requested 8 weeks before the reservation begins. Accommodation

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have air conditioning and are furnished with fitted wardrobes complete with dressing tables and side cabinets. The master bedroom has an en-suite.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, one of which is en suite to master bedroom.
Kitchen: The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, diswasher, kettle and all utensils and crockery.
Utility Room: The laundry room includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are also provided.
Living Rooms: Fully furnished lounge with digiturk satellite TV, DVD player and stereo system. The doors open out onto the patio overlooking the sea.

Travel
Transfer time from Dalaman Airport to Kas is about 2 hours 30 minutes. Alternatively, car hire can be arranged for the duration of your stay at the villa. The centre of Kas is a short drive from the house, there is a good taxi service and a local bus every hour.
