The apartment is located on the Kas Peninsula and has fantastic views of a range of islands including the Greek island Meis. The accommodation is situated in one of two blocks, with 4 flats in each block. There are mature gardens and the pool area is quiet and very well maintained. You will have use of a large shared pool, which is open until the 12th of November (approx) and refilled on the 1st May every year. The apartment is fully furnished with a small sofa bed in the sitting room, double bedroom and second bedroom with 2 single beds, both bedrooms have sea views. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. There is a good sized balcony which can be used sunbathing or external dining.

Far enough from the noisy bars in Kas centre to secure a good night sleep, close enough to be in the middle of it when you want to. Bars, shops and restaurants are found in abundance in Kas centre only a 15 minute stroll down the steep mountain road. Also the beach can be reached easily this way. Back up you just use the regular Dolmus (minibus) stopping only a 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located very near the centre of Kas. Restaurants and shops are only minutes away. Yet the flat is in quiet residential area. The town beach (the little pebble beach) is also just a few minutes away by foot. There is a larger beach just outside town, about 10-15 minutes walk from the flat. From the front balcony (there is one in the rear as well) facing south and west, the view over Kas and the sea is great. From the balcony you can also see the little Greek island Kastelorizo or Meis. A great place to visit!
Have your breakfast on the balcony and watch the town come alive and the fishing boats return from sea. Or, watch the sun set over the mountains with a cool drink before you go out to one of the many and enjoyable restaurants.
