The house is well-equipped for four people with full-sized cooker and washing machine, comfortable lounge, large terrace-dining area, modern high-quality bathroom and kitchen fittings and plenty of comfortable sunbeds for lounging by the pool. The owners live nearby and are on hand to provide information and assistance if required.

Far enough from the noisy bars in Kas centre to secure a good night sleep, close enough to be in the middle of it when you want to. Bars, shops and restaurants are found in abundance in Kas centre only a 15 mins stroll down the steep mountain road. Also the beach can be reached easily this way. Back up you just use the regular Dolmus (minibus) stopping only a 5 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment is fully air conditioned, has a spacious living and a fully equipped open plan kitchen for self catering with a washing machine, dishwasher and a microwave/oven. Satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo CD player available to use. Although the large pool is shared with 7 other apartments, only 1 other apartment is rented out, so the others are not intensively used.
