All rooms have private balconies affording panoramic views over the harbour and the Greek Island of Meis to the front, the mountains encircling Kas to the rear. A short stroll from the apartment past the pre-historic Lion Tomb, takes you down the oldest street in Kas to the heart of this charming harbour town. Here you will find the restaurants and bars that cater for visitor and local alike, a chance for you to sample the excellent food or meet friends and relax in the picturesque tea gardens. The town bustles with life summer and winter offering a wide variety of shops and a Friday market teeming with people eager to snap up the bargains on offer.

Bathrooms: Lower floor bathroom with shower, hand basin and w.c.
Top floor bathroom with bath/shower over, hand basin, w.c. and washing machine.
Kitchen: Kitchen area with full-size cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, steam iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Living Rooms: Sitting area with 2 sofas, coffee table, balcony with mountain view. Dining area with sideboard, table and six chairs. We have provided a CD/Cassette player and DVD with monitor for guest use.
Other: Entrance hall with marble staircase.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels are provided, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. The accommodation is cleaned weekly when linen and towels will be changed. Extra cleaning by special arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is newly refurbished and fitted with air conditioning units, which also supply heating as required during the winter months. For the comfort of other guests, we ask smokers to use the balconies. No pets please.Amenities/Facilities provided

Outside
On the first floor, the sea-view balconies each have two chairs and smaller size tables. On the top floor, the mountain-view balcony has two chairs; the spacious sea-view balcony has table and chairs for six people, parasol and BBQ.

Coast/Beach
A five-minute stroll takes you to the lido-style public beaches with their crystal clear, turquoise water. The sun beds are free, though its fair to say the providers do hope to refresh you with a drink or snack at some point in the day. Even closer than this is the fabulous swimming pool and water slide of the town’s premiere hotel, available at a small charge. There are several sandy beaches well worth a visit – Kaputas and Patara being two of the best.

Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport with Antalya as a further option. Whilst it is possible to reach Kas from both of these by public transport, most visitors prefer the speed and convenience of private transfer. Local car hire firms offer this service and we are happy to arrange this on your behalf. The average time for transfer is two hours from Dalaman, three from Antalya.If you wish to hire a car, we can arrange this for you, alternatively taxies are readily available and the local small bus.

Distances
Kaputas beach is twenty minutes away by dolmus or car, Patara, with its 10 km sandy beach, dunes and world famous, pre-Roman archaeological site is a further twenty-five minutes. Between these two lies the charming harbour village of Kalkan.

Whether you prefer an active holiday or pure relaxation, Kas has it all. A world apart from the overcrowded tourist resorts, Kas has retained its old wooden balconied houses, flagstone streets and tranquil harbour from which fishing boats ply their daily trade. The warm, clear blue waters offer outstanding opportunities to the scuba-diving expert or beginner. Handsome wooden gullets regularly call offering cruises, long and short, to various islands, beaches and other ports of call. Other boat trips depart daily to the nearby pretty Greek island of Meis and elsewhere. Passing through Kas, on its way from Fethiye to Antalya, is the ancient and spectacularly beautiful Lycian way. This is rated one of the worlds top 10 walks, visiting mountain villages, beaches and sarcophagi scattered hillsides as it goes. Paragliding, trekking and canoeing number among the other activities on offer.
